The total trailer size, including the neck and wheels, is 20 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. The space must be large enough to accomodate access of a trailer this size.

The hot tub takes approximately 2.5 hours to fill, and approximately 4 hours to heat. The total process can take up to 7-8 hours.
Once hot, the hot tub will only require a small amount of firewood a day to remain at temperature. The temperature of the water will only drop a few degrees overnight.

Your booking period will begin once the hot tub is warm and ready for use.

The hot tub is 7 feet wide, and 42 inches deep. It’s designed for groups, and deep enough for even tall people to sink up to their necks. It will fit 6-8 adults.

The cold plunge is designed to be big enough to accommodate 2 adults at once. Challenge a friend!

We will drop off and set up the trailer for you at your desired location. Water is not included and must be available on-site. Staff will provide water hoses and assist in beginning to fill the hot tub. An orientation will be given to the guests on filling the tub, lighting the fire, and proper care & use.
Firewood is included.

Bookings are subject to completing to the liability waiver, rental agreement, and user instructions & rules documents. All guests must complete a liability waiver before using the tubs.

Bookings must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to drop-off date.

Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of pickup. The security deposit is fully refundable after pickup, provided the tub, trailer, and accessories are returned undamaged and reasonably clean.

• 7+ days before drop-off:

• 3–6 days before drop-off:
  50% refund

• Less than 72 hours before drop-off:
  No refund

Rentals proceed rain or shine. Wind, rain, and cool temperatures are part of the West Coast experience.
In the event of unsafe conditions (extreme wind, road closures, or flooding), we’ll reschedule or refund at our discretion.
